OPTION 3: Measure the internal diameter of an existing ring.

1. Choose an existing ring that matches the desired finger size.
2. Measures the inside diameter of the ring (in mm).
3. Use the chart below to determine ring size.

OPTION 4 : Paper strip technique.

1. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger and squeeze as tight as you can.
2. Mark with a pencil the spot where the strip meets.
3. Measure the distance with a ruler (mm).

Tips & Tricks

• Measure your finger size at the end of the day, as fingers tend to be more swollen at this time of day. This will prevent you from choosing a ring that is too tight.
  
• If you hesitate between two sizes, choose the larger one.
  
• Measure the size of your finger several times to be sure of the size you have found is right.
  
• Consider the width of the band, a particularly thick band will fit tighter than a thin band, you may want to purchase a size larger than your normal ring size.
