What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized jewelry items up to 30 days after receiving the order.

Product Eligibility:

  • Products that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at our expense.
  • Missing products are eligible for replacement or store credit only.
  • Customized customer-specific products are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sales.
  • Jewelry from the Second Life section is final sale.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and have no signs of wear or damage.
  • Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Our packaging is designed to keep shipping fees low when sent by regular mail (stamp at 2.24$CAD tx. in.).
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging. We do not exchange items damaged by transport.
  • If the package does not arrive at its destination, we will not be responsible for the loss and the exchange will not be made.
  • Your items must be returned with regular mail. If your item has to go through customs, write "return merchandise" on the custom declaration (we might be charged with duty fees that you will have to pay to get the items back).

We will inspect all products upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or an exchange for reasons of hygiene or if it appears that the client has damaged the product.

Original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Orders outside of Canada may have duties and taxes incurred and you are responsible for paying these fees. We are unable to waive or refund these charges, even if the order is returned to us.

What is your return & exchange procedure?

Please read our return policy to make sure your items are eligible for a return & exchange.

Return procedure:

  1. Send us an email, with your order number, telling us which products you would like returned or exchanged.
  2. You will receive, within 24 hours, an email with the return instructions.
  3. Go to the Post Office closest to your location and return the items (following the instructions).

For a return, once it is processed, we will fully refund the products using the payment method used during the order, excluding the initial shipping fees.

For an exchange, once it is processed, we will send you an email with a link to pay for the return shipping fees, and we will then ship the product to you.


What is the processing time?

We process orders between 1 and 3 days. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.

What is the shipping delay?

We use Canada Post for all of our shipments. Products are sent by regular mail without a tracking number, unless you select expedited shipping when placing your order.

*Customs fees & taxes: orders made outside of Canada may be eligible for customs and import taxes and are the responsibility of the buyers. We cannot tell you what the fee costs will be as they vary by country. We are unable to waive or refund these charges, even if the order is returned to us.

My address is incorrect. What can I do?

If you entered your address incorrectly or provided an old address, you have several options for get your shipment:

  • Quickly write to us if your order has not yet been shipped. We will correct the address.
  • Visit your old address to get your package.
  • Contact shipping services (Canada Post) to see if they can redirect your order.

If you are unable to get your package, we will be happy to recreate your order at your expense. A refund will be issued when the original package returns to Pease jewelry in good condition.

I still have not received my order.

We can't wait for you to receive your jewelry, but some delays beyond our control may occur (weather, high volume, destination, postal service delays, etc.).

First of all, make sure that the address you provided us is correct. If there is an error, write us!

If you have not received your package within 30 days (Canada) after the expected delivery date, we will be happy to resend you a new package at no additional cost. Write to us with your order number, we will take care of the rest.

What is 14k gold filled?
14k Gold filled jewelry is composed of a solid layer of genuine gold bonded to a metal base with heat and pressure. Gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% gold by weight. Unlike plated metals, you won't need to worry about gold-filled jewelry tarnishing, gold rubbing off or getting allergy reactions. The product is easy to care for. Learn more.
Is your 14k gold filled jewelry hypoallergenic?
The gold layer on gold filled jewelry does not flake off. Therefore, the metal base is hardly exposed to the skin, which reduces the risk of allergies. Thus, a person who tolerates solid gold well can usually wear gold filled jewelry without having allergic reactions. That said, 14k gold filled jewelry is not suitable for women with acidic skin since it will alter the gold layer and expose the copper base which will cause the piece to oxidize.
Care instructions

Exposure to certain harsh chemicals or conditions can compromise the integrity of your jewelry. These include, but are not limited to, sweat, acidic skin, perfumes, cleaning products, bleach, and salt water.

A polishing cloth is a great tool for shining tarnished sterling silver jewelry or darken gold filled jewelry.

Cleaning: Add a small amount of gentle soap to warm water and use your fingers to clean your jewelry (do not let it soak for more than one minute). Rinse and let dry completely. If you need to scrub it, please use a very soft brush and scrub GENTLY. You should never use tissues or other paper-based materials to clean the pieces, as you’ll risk rubbing off the gold plating. Pease will not assume liability for any incidents, damages or losses resulting from an individual cleaning the jewelry.

Is your jewelry safe for young children?

Our jewelry isn’t designed for babies or toddlers. Pease jewelry has not been tested for child safety. Therefore, you are strictly advised against allowing children to use Pease jewelry. Only teenagers and adults may wear our creations. Our jewelry may present a risk of suffocation or may cause serious injuries. The pieces can become detached if your child plays with them or chews on them. Please keep all jewelry out of sight and out of reach of children.

How to put endless hoop earrings?
  • Gently spread the two ends apart using your fingers.
  • Insert the tip into your ear hole, then gently twist the two ends of each other until they are aligned.
  • Do not open the ring too far, as you may have difficulty tightening it.

Can I personalize an item?

YES! It will be our pleasure to personalize a jewelry to your tastes, if our expertise and our materials allow it. Although we do not offer custom jewelry design, we gladly accept to tweak a design available on our online shop. Request personalization.
